- Take the subway, train and our bus to our hotel
- Pizza dinner and Saturday evening swim at the hotel
- Breakfast and Interfaith Service at the hotel on Sunday
- Bus to Liberty Park in New Jersey, brown bag lunch
- Boat ride and tour of Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty
- Fast food stop on the way home
- Return to the church Sunday evening, March 22
* If we're unable to book tours of NBC Studios, the Metropolitan Museum of Art will be substituted.
The total price for the trip is $225 and includes: one night in the hotel, transportation, admissions, Saturday's dinner, breakfast on Sunday, and fast food on the way home Sunday night. Everyone should bring two brown-bag lunches.
We'll be riding in the church bus, and we already have the bus drivers and 4 other adults signed up for the trip. Because of space limitations on both the bus and the NBC tours, participation is limited to 19 Scouts. A $100 deposit will reserve a first-come-first-served spot. Once 19 deposits are received, additional people will be placed on a wait list. If we haven't received deposits from 19 Scouts by December 17 (our holiday party,) we'll open the trip up to more adults. The final payment of $125 will is due on March 2.
