Announcements for April 28

PATROL LEADER'S COUNCIL MEETING APRIL 28 - There will be a meeting of the Patrol Leader's Council (PLC), which is comprised of the SPL, ASPL, PLs, Troop Guides, and Scribe, at the church this Monday, April 28, at 7:00 before the regular meeting.
MAY CAMPING TRIP PAYMENT DUE THIS MONDAY - Our next outing will be our May Tent Camping Trip on May 16 to 18 at Camp Rodney in Maryland with sailing on the Chesapeake as the main activity. Payment for the trip is due at our April 28 meeting. Grubmasters need to be assigned and get started.
TROOP COMMITTEE MEETS MARCH 5 - The Troop Committee meets on Sunday, March 5, at 7:30 PM both in person at the church and via Zoom. The Scribe, Quartermaster, and Historian must give their reports to the SPL to be presented. It would be best if you gave them to her at this Monday's meeting, April 28.
FINAL SUMMER CAMP PAYMENT OVERDUE - For those signed up for summer camp, the final payment of $415 was due on April 21. If you aren't signed up for camp and want to go, we can still add you to our roster. In that case, contact the Scoutmaster for payment details.
PHILMONT WEBINARS - Scouts attending Philmont are required to watch a series of webinars. It's preferred that you watch them live in case you want to submit a question, but if you can't watch live, be sure to watch them later. Here's the Zoom Link.
